Quit Smoking Program

Zen Equilibrium can assist you with your Quit Smoking journey. This process relies on client commitment; therefore, the first step is a 15-minute phone conversation in which I explain the process, involving Kinesiology and Hypnotherapy.  

Addictions are typically bound in sabotage programs, belief systems and trauma and our Quit Smoking sessions deal with all of this, giving you the best opportunity to become and remain a non-smoker.

The Zen Equilibrium quit smoking process involves at least 4 initial sessions, as well as ongoing support. We understand that change is a journey, and we provide support and gentle care as we work through the layers that led to this addiction. You will not only experience the relief of quitting smoking but also reduced anxiety and improved well-being.
