Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses deep relaxation and working with the client’s unconscious or sub-conscious, mind to help them elicit change.

A hypnotherapist guides you into a trance-like state, where you are always completely in control, whilst being incredibly relaxed. During this state you are receptive to suggestions, and therefore, we are able to work with your sub-conscious mind to facilitate changes in behaviours, thoughts, emotions and habits. Using hypnotherapy, the practitioner assists that client to achieve change a lot quicker, and more thoroughly, then with talk therapy alone.
