Privacy policy
- Any comments on this policy can be forwarded to Leeanne Toneman (Sole Trader) of Zen Equilibrium. Comments will be taken with all seriousness and a reply with details on action to be taken in regard to the comment will occur within 30 days.
- A copy of the privacy policy can be provided upon request. It discloses how Zen Equilibrium and its associated employees, collects, uses and stores an individual’s personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) forming part of the Privacy Act 1988 and the Victorian Health Privacy Principles (HPPs) forming part of the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
- All personal information collected is only done so by Zen Equilibrium to use for the provision of the best therapeutic service for the client, with the wellbeing of the client being the ultimate goal. Strict confidentiality is always the objective of Zen Equilibrium.
- Zen Equilibrium, and its staff, will not share the client’s personal information with anyone, or any organisation outside of Australia without the client’s consent. Exceptions to this clause are if the disclosure of information is required by law, at which time Zen Equilibrium will seek legal advice before doing so.
